Mary and Rachel have been supporting Northeast Florida families as postpartum doula partners for over a year. What started as a simple coffee date, quickly turned into a beautiful partnership. Both Mary and Rachel are also members of North Florida Doulas. Together we share a combined 15+ years of experience supporting families in all stages of parenthood from birth to postpartum, lactation and beyond.

It’s is our mission to curate a foundation of support, unique to your family, that allows you to focus on enjoying this special phase of life while empowering you with the knowledge to feel capable and confident in your parenthood journey (and did we mention we can help you get some precious sleep?)

Our flexible team model can be scaled up or down as your needs change. We will work closely with you to determine the right mix of care, whether that’s occasional day time support, long-term overnight help or anything in between.
